24 December 2025 and
2 January 2026 with limited team availability between
22nd December and 7th January.
If your payment is not received before
19th December 2025 we will not be able to manage your order before the end of the calendar year.
We therefore encourage you to place and complete your orders as soon as possible, so that we can ensure the processing of your orders and delivery of invoices still this year. As you know, this is usually a downtime for companies worldwide, and therefore some inherent delays are to be expected from a bank payment perspective, etc.

While you will still be able to place orders on the platform during the holiday, please take into consideration that Letters of Access, will be signed and sent after
15th January 2026 onwards.
